I was born and raised in Ireland and, during my professional life there I owned and operated a variety of businesses, including a pub in London, a catering business and multiple furniture stores.
While those jobs provided me with experience and brought me business success, they were not my passion. I owned several investment rental properties in Ireland, which served as a part-time business. As time went by, I found these endeavors to be extremely rewarding and recognized that real estate investing was something I wanted to put my full heart and time into.
When we moved to the United States in 2002, I decided to make it a full-time career.
Our first home was in Nashville Tennessee and for six years I held an active real estate license with a local real estate office, working alongside other investors , renovating multiple properties in the popular East Nashville area as well as building my real estate portfolio of rental properties.
I met some amazing people there, with homeowners who were extremely friendly and welcoming. I also built solid working relationships within my industry.
The collapse of the housing market in 2008 impacted me like many property owners in the country, compromising the value of my properties and my business. It was during this time that we moved to Florida’s east coast.
After a brief period to regroup and strategize, I began to build my business in Florida while maintaining my rental property in Nashville with the help of my property managers.
I obtained my Florida real estate license and started to grow my business in Florida. Today, we are a burgeoning company who has renovated multiple properties in Palm Beach, Martin and Saint Lucie counties and has provided affordable housing for many families

Since 2008 I have had the opportunity to help many Florida homeowners impacted by the housing meltdown. I work closely with banks and conventional lenders to find solutions to their undervalued and overleveraged properties.
I love what I do, and have had the pleasure of working with all kinds of people in all kinds of situations.
I find it personally rewarding to help homeowners experiencing those life events we all meet from time to time.
My goal is to always be as creative as possible to find a solution for every situation, while providing home owners with relief from the burden of an unwanted property and allow them to move on with their lives.
I recognize that our real estate market is shifting constantly and from our new business home in Jupiter, I work hard to maintain the necessary flexibility, creativity and willingness to compromise that allows me to meet the needs of everyone involved.
